How ALEtally collects, protects, and retains claim and receipt data.
Data Collected
ALEtally collects receipt images, claim itemization data, and adjuster contact information submitted through the platform. This information is used solely to itemize, audit, and format Additional Living Expense schedules for the associated insurance claim.
Security
All claim data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Receipt images are stored privately with time-limited, authorized access, and Row-Level Security isolates each adjuster's claim and receipt data.
Data Retention
Claim records are retained strictly for audit compliance purposes. ALEtally does not sell claim data and does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
